Insurance
FMY works with most insurance companies. In many instances, orthodontic treatment can be filed on your dental insurance policy. Our insurance coordinators will be happy to assist you in determining if your specific policy will cover a portion of the cost of treatment. Once we have seen you or your child for a complimentary orthodontic examination, we will let you know how much the total treatment fee will be and the estimated amount your insurance will cover. As a courtesy to you, we will file the insurance claims for your orthodontic treatment.
Finances
We strive to provide you with high quality patient care for the most reasonable cost to you. Because every orthodontic case is different, our treatment fees vary from patient to patient. Once you have been seen for a complimentary orthodontic examination, the orthodontist will develop a treatment plan specifically for you. The complexity of your case and estimated time in treatment will determine the total fee.
Most treatment plans can be set up on a payment plan. This gives you the flexibility of choosing your down payment and the amount of your monthly payments. However, if you choose to pay the full amount at the start of treatment, you may be eligible for a discount.
We do accept flex spending and health savings accounts.
